A. Hydraulic decoiler (with hold down arm)

Welded channel steel and steel plate base frame

Main shaft core is adopted 45# seamless steel tube, f190×2400mm, tempering and quenching treatment to 230~250HB, high precision cutting and grinded.

Maximum loading weight at 8tons,

Three arch leaves are made of 20mm thickness A3 steel.

Shrinkage and expansion system is composed of 6 sets of wedge sliding bases;

Push & Pull shaft is controlled by hydraulic, Knobs operation

Expansion range: f460~f520mm; maximum outer diameter: f1400mm

Cycloidal pin gearbox hydraulic motor (Bm-D320) provide feeding power.

Maximum feeding speed is at 30m/min, 220V/60Hz/3phases

Two modes: one is spot driven and the other is automatic driven
