Low-pressure die-casting is a casting method in which liquid alloy is slowly pressed from bottom to top into the cavity of the mold under low-pressure pressure, and solidified under low-pressure to obtain castings. The casting utilization rate is very high (85~95%). Since there are no risers and treadmills and the gate is small, material costs and processing time can be greatly reduced.
Achieve perfect casting, easy to form directional solidification when there are few internal defects.
To reduce the participation of gases and impurities, the pressure velocity can be changed and the melt is filled by laminar flow.
A sand core can be used.
Easy to automate and work across multiple units and processes.
