DHMVS Series Equal-thickness Screens.

The screens are composed of two sections of screen mesh with different inclination angles. The mesh section at the feeding side has a larger inclination angle, enabling an quicker flow and thin material bed so as to accelerate the penetration of smaller particles, while the section at the discharge side has a smaller inclination angle, enabling a retarded flow and prolonged screening time so as to increase the penetration rate of near-size particles in the material bed. Each section keeps a stable amount-flow ratio, leading to an approximately equal thick material bed on the screen. Equal-thck screening can falilitate material’s forward convery, stratification and penetration. Compared with other models with similar screen areas, equal-thick screens can have a larger throughput and higher screening efficiency.
